Pickens County Schools has four elementary schools, two middle schools and one county-wide high school. After school programs are availalbe for grades K-8.

For parents who desire an alternative to public education for their children, Wildwood Christian Academy, located in Marble Hill, offers an excellent education in a Christian setting. Wildwood currently has kindergarten through 6th grade programs.
